This season, DiVincenzo is averaging 11 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.2 steals per game while shooting 39.7% overall and 36.9% on 3-pointers. He has primarily served in a reserve role for Minnesota, which acquired him from the New York Knicks in the blockbuster Karl-Anthony Towns offseason trade.
At 22-20, the Wolves are No. 8 in the Western Conference and visit the Memphis Grizzlies (2:30 p.m., TNT) on Monday. Nickeil Alexander-Walker is likely to see a rise in his role with the Wolves as he and DiVincenzo split time as reserve guards for Minnesota this season.
